Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Carrier Ops function to establish scalable logistics across all markets
• Monitor carrier performance and pricing, managing key metrics and accountability with partners
• Develop processes for operational responses to shipping disruptions, ensuring reliable resolution

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles such as consulting, finance, or logistics
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or carrier operations in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of carrier economics and managing logistics across multiple markets
• Strong process and systems thinking with a focus on scalable operating models
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in SQL or analytics platforms preferred
