Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Logistics Supervisor will manage customer accounts, oversee operational execution, and drive service improvements while maintaining relationships with regional middle market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manages customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth
• Develops team members through training, performance evaluations, and career goal planning
• Implements process improvements and monitors service quality to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of related industry experience in account or project management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; MS Project is a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to client locations
• MAPP candidate or a 'Ready Now' Supervisor designation is preferred
