Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Team Lead for the Logistics Team, this remote position will manage and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring skill development and high-quality output
• Build strong internal relationships and act as a point of escalation for team collaboration issues
• Engage with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant consulting experience preferred
• Must be an active SNP employee for at least 3+ years
• Experience in leading teams and managing conflicts effectively
• Strong technical and business expertise aligned with organizational strategy
