Logistics Technology Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Technology Account Executive (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process including pipeline generation, business case development, negotiation, and closing
• Translate operational pain points into ROI cases using the automation platform
• Build executive-level relationships and ensure successful deployment post-sale

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or AE roles in Freight Tech, SaaS, or Logistics
• Deep understanding of freight brokerage workflows including TMS and dispatching
• Proven ability to improve customer retention and satisfaction
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and translate data into actionable steps
