A company is looking for an Analyst 4, Long Range Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages reports to enhance customer experience and improve business results
• Researches and analyzes data to identify operational improvements and leads projects for process enhancement
• Acts as a subject matter expert and team leader, presenting analysis and recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in workforce planning analysis and data analysis using web tools
• Ability to lead complex analytical projects with minimal supervision
• Experience in producing reports and recommendations for process improvements
