Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Range Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage long-range staffing forecasts using statistical models
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on budgetary processes to inform strategic decisions
• Present complex staffing requirements clearly to various levels of leadership and vendor partners

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of resource planning and/or forecasting experience for variable FTE populations
• 2+ years of experience leading projects involving variable FTE populations
• 2+ years of experience driving financial plans and outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of improving processes and reducing defects
