Job Summary
Proactively managing assigned clients, the full-time Long-Term Care Account Advisor will implement new business processes, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to support client needs in the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to foster positive relationships
- Execute the implementation of new clients and manage ongoing account requirements
- Prepare and facilitate reports, budget development, and strategic planning with clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills to monitor key account metrics and identify improvement areas
