Job Summary

Proactively managing assigned clients, the full-time Long-Term Care Account Advisor will implement new business processes, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to support client needs in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to foster positive relationships
  • Execute the implementation of new clients and manage ongoing account requirements
  • Prepare and facilitate reports, budget development, and strategic planning with clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor key account metrics and identify improvement areas
