Long Term Care Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Term Care Actuary, Controllership Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the LTC control environment and ensure consistency across teams
• Consult on controls for new or enhanced processes and review existing controls
• Support model governance peer reviews and collaborate on data and system issues

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or Associate (ASA) with relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably in LTC insurance
• Knowledge of actuarial processes including valuation, projections, and experience
• Results-oriented with a willingness to take ownership of projects
