Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the entry-level Long-Term Care Auditor I will work remotely to identify and recover Medicaid improper payments by conducting audits, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with long-term care providers.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and apply federal and state Medicaid regulations related to long-term care
- Analyze provider records to identify discrepancies and improper payments
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned long-term care providers, ensuring effective communication throughout the audit process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or Associate's degree with five years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple initiatives independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with providers
