Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Long-Term Care Auditor I will work remotely to identify and recover Medicaid improper payments made to long-term care healthcare providers through conducting audits and analyzing financial data.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply federal and state Medicaid regulations related to long-term care
- Analyze provider records to identify discrepancies and improper payments
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned long-term care providers and manage a caseload of 30+ audits
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or Associate's degree with five years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
