Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Long Term Care Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs and manages operations of the LTC Benefits Division, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Ensures adherence to claims practices and quality assurance through monitoring and collaboration with other managers
- Leads process improvement initiatives and manages divisional budget and workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree with knowledge of insurance department policies and procedures
- Strong interest in people development and experience in training program implementation
- Experience leading change management initiatives and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
