Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Long Term Care Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and manages operations of the LTC Benefits Division, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Ensures adherence to claims practices and quality assurance through monitoring and collaboration with other managers
  • Leads process improvement initiatives and manages divisional budget and workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree with knowledge of insurance department policies and procedures
  • Strong interest in people development and experience in training program implementation
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
