A company is looking for a Long Term Care Claims Representative - Payment Servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize a work queue while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Make complex claim-payment decisions and interact with various stakeholders involved in the claims process
  • Collaborate with teams to provide training and share best practices within Payment Servicing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School diploma; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in professional customer service, preferably in a corporate or Long Term Care setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret contract language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred
