Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 2 years' experience in professional customer service, preferably in a medical or financial setting
- High School diploma or military experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret contract language
- Ability to complete virtual classroom training and maintain a distraction-free home office setup
