Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in professional customer service, preferably in a medical or financial setting
  • High School diploma or military experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret contract language
  • Ability to complete virtual classroom training and maintain a distraction-free home office setup
