Job Summary

Providing consultative support, the full-time Long-Term Care Claims Specialist will manage incoming inquiries from insured clients regarding long-term care claims, utilizing extensive claims knowledge to educate clients on policy benefits and processing procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from insured clients and their representatives about ongoing claims and policy details
• Analyze client needs and provide proactive recommendations based on their medical and care requirements
• Collaborate with care providers to gather necessary documentation for claims processing and eligibility determinations

Required qualifications
