Job Summary
Leading a team in the day-to-day operations of Long Term Care claims, the full-time remote Long Term Care Claims Supervisor will ensure timely and accurate claims handling while fostering team development and a customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of health claims specialists handling Long-Term Care claims
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure service levels, regulatory compliance, and quality standards are met
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team member growth and success
Required qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Long Term Care insurance products
- Demonstrated people leadership experience in a Claims and/or Operational environment
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, claims regulations, and documentation standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong growth mindset and ability to promote a collaborative culture
