A company is looking for a Long Term Care Regional Specialty Manager - Great Lakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals
  • Drive implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities
  • Manage regional budgets and maintain compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
  • Proven sales performance and successful launch experience in competitive environments
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Strong computer and technical skills
