Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long-Term Disability Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make timely, accurate, and customer-focused Long-Term Disability claim decisions
  • Collect relevant information from internal and external sources and compare it to the contract and procedural documents
  • Communicate verbally and in writing, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualifications:
  • 18-36 months of LTD claim experience
  • Demonstrate an above average level of proficiency in LTD product and claim administration issues
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing products and services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with disability claim management concepts
