Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Term Disability Claims Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of Long-Term Disability claims, conducting interviews and reviewing medical records
• Collaborate with case managers and medical professionals to make ethical claim determinations
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively identify customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1+ years of long-term disability claims experience relevant to the role
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with medical record review processes
