Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Term Disability Claims Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a workload of Long-Term Disability claims independently, conducting interviews and reviewing medical records
  • Collaborate with case managers and medical professionals to make ethical and timely claim determinations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by recognizing customer needs and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; minimum Associate degree may substitute for experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant claims experience or 0-1 year with an Associate degree
  • Experience in disability and/or absence management is preferred
