Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Long Term Disability Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex Long-Term Disability claims, ensuring fair and timely management
• Analyze and process claims by investigating complex information and applying claims policies
• Coach team members on eligibility decisions and benefit calculations

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
• 1 - 3+ years of Claims experience related to the responsibilities of this position
• Ability to perform under stress in emergency situations
• Experience in a team environment
• Solid relationship management skills with internal clients
