Job Summary

Managing a caseload of complex Long-Term Disability claims, the full-time remote Long Term Disability Team Lead will oversee investigations, analyze eligibility, and provide technical guidance to support team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of complex claims, ensuring fair and timely processing
• Analyzes and interprets coverage contracts to determine eligibility and resolve financial discrepancies
• Coaches team members on claims management techniques and prioritization strategies

Required qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
• 1 - 3+ years of claims experience related to Long-Term Disability
• Strong understanding of claims policies and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
