Long Term Housing Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Lodging line of business, the full-time Long Term Housing Billing Specialist will analyze long-term housing placements for accurate billing, process invoices in Microsoft D365, and manage billing requests while working remotely or from locations in IL, GA, TN, and KY.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing long-term housing placements for accurate monthly billing and processing refundable deposits
• Entering revenue fees and invoices into the Microsoft D365 accounting system
• Processing monthly invoices and managing extension invoices for insurance companies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of job-related experience preferred
• Previous insurance billing experience is a strong plus
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and tight monthly deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft D365 is a plus
