Job Summary

A company is looking for a Look Development Artist.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes the look and qualities of characters, props, and environments for an animated film
• Handles complex and technically demanding Look Development setups
• Communicates Look Development needs with other departments and ensures files are ready for lighting

Required Qualifications

• Good artistic eye for detail with the ability to match 2D Art Department references
• Experience with 3D paint packages (e.g., Mari, Substance, ZBrush)
• Familiarity with Polygonal and UV Layout
• Ability to debug complex shader networks
• 3 years of production experience on a feature film
