LOS Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the configuration and continuous improvement of the Loan Origination System (LOS), the full-time remote LOS Administrator will manage product build-out, troubleshoot system issues, and leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure new loan products and workflows in the no-code/low-code LOS, ensuring proper testing and deployment
• Analyze system and process issues, conducting root cause analysis and recommending actionable solutions based on data insights
• Maintain integrations between the LOS and connected systems while keeping documentation current for auditing purposes

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years in an analytics-focused operations, business analysis, or systems-configuration role
• Experience in unsecured/consumer lending, debt resolution, or fintech is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation, with experience in Snowflake or similar databases preferred
• Aptitude for learning and configuring a no-code/low-code platform
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
