Job Summary

To support mortgage servicing operations, the full-time remote Loss Analysis Analyst will manage quality control and audit processes for claims, ensuring compliance with investor and insurer requirements while providing detailed loss analysis reports.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct loss analysis reviews to protect assets and ensure compliance with insurer guidelines
  • Analyze insurer curtailments and perform quality control reviews for default claims
  • Compile claims data for audits and respond to auditor findings with rebuttals
Required qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and GSE claims guidelines
  • Minimum of five years of experience in investor claims processing and loss analysis reporting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
