Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Analysis Business Analyst to assist in identifying and minimizing loan losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate loan losses and perform root cause analysis
  • Monitor agency timelines and track regulatory changes related to defaults
  • Compile and analyze data to create detailed summary reports and identify reimbursement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; further education or relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with the Default lifecycle and Default Claims process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with investor claims systems
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business and technical documents
  • Strong mathematical skills for financial reconciliation and reporting
