Loss Control Engineer

Job Summary

To support a zero-incident culture, the contract Loss Control Engineer will perform risk assessments, develop safety standards, and mentor onsite construction teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training and provide mentoring for onsite construction teams and internal stakeholders to implement effective safety measures
• Perform risk assessments and generate safe work execution plans for retrofit projects in mission-critical environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor safety programs, investigate incidents, and conduct root cause analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or related fields
• Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
• Experience with safety controls and standards
• Familiarity with risk assessment and incident investigation processes
