Loss Control Quality Reviewer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Loss Control Quality Reviewer will conduct quality reviews of field survey reports, provide coaching to survey staff, and ensure adherence to company quality standards in technical reporting for insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of field survey reports to ensure compliance with technical and professional standards
• Provide detailed reviews and feedback on Farm Loss Control Reports and other multi-line coverage evaluations
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the Quality Director to enhance overall survey quality and staff training

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 for automatic sprinkler system requirements
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
