Loss Control Reviewer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Loss Control Reviewer will review residential and commercial property surveys for quality, accuracy, and consistency while working fully remote to ensure compliance with client requirements and identify potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review survey photographs to ensure image quality and capture all required property elements
• Identify and document property hazards and conditions per client guidelines, ensuring appropriate recommendations
• Communicate professionally in writing with field representatives regarding report errors or clarifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in quality assurance, insurance, loss control, or property-related fields preferred
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
• Background in service-oriented roles strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
