Loss Control Trainer

Job Summary

Training new hires on the loss control process, the full-time Loss Control Trainer will conduct virtual training sessions, prepare training materials, and review the accuracy of inspection reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires as needed
• Prepare training materials pertinent to client requirements
• Conduct quality reviews of trainees' work during the training process

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Loss Control process
• Familiarity with the LC360 program
• 1 year of experience as a reviewer
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
