Loss Draft Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on guiding customers through the claims process, the full-time Loss Draft Specialist will accurately process property damage claims, manage inquiries, and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and mortgage companies to handle property damage claim requirements
• Review claim information, resolve issues, and process claim checks according to standard policies
• Enter information into proprietary systems while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Proven customer service skills in a quality-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills based on standard procedures
• Basic knowledge of computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• 1-year experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage servicing, or a related field is preferred
