A company is looking for a Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding property loss payments
• Assist customers with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests
• Track and monitor claims to ensure proper processing and completion of repairs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Proven ability to manage high volume inbound calls
• Experience resolving escalated or sensitive customer issues
• Claims handling experience strongly preferred
