Job Summary
Loss Drafts Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to loss drafts from various stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound service calls regarding loss drafts and related inquiries
- Document call activity and input information into the Loss Draft Tracking system
- Coordinate processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required
- Minimum of three (3) years of call center or related experience
- Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Willingness to attend initial on-the-job training
