Job Summary

Loss Drafts Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to loss drafts from various stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve inbound service calls regarding loss drafts and related inquiries
  • Document call activity and input information into the Loss Draft Tracking system
  • Coordinate processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of call center or related experience
  • Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Willingness to attend initial on-the-job training
