Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Management Lead to oversee a team focused on safeguarding financial health and enhancing member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the Loss Management Specialist team to achieve service standards and operational excellence
  • Monitor workflows and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, resolving escalated member concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Five years of functional experience in collections or similar work experience required
  • Three years of experience in delinquency collections and handling escalations required
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to collections required
  • Knowledge of all systems applicable to collections required
