Loss Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Management Specialist I to assist members with financial challenges while ensuring the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion compliance with regulatory standards and information protection requirements
• Drive member engagement by completing calls to meet delinquency and recovery goals
• Analyze member accounts to recommend actions that minimize delinquency and loss

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum one year of experience in collections, financial institution contact center, or retail banking
• Intermediate proficiency using MS Office and database software
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using discretion and sound judgment
