Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loss Management Specialist I to assist members with financial challenges while ensuring the organization's financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion compliance with regulatory standards and information protection requirements
- Drive member engagement by completing calls to meet delinquency and recovery goals
- Analyze member accounts to recommend actions that minimize delinquency and loss
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum one year of experience in collections, financial institution contact center, or retail banking
- Intermediate proficiency using MS Office and database software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using discretion and sound judgment
