Loss Mitigation Agent

Job Summary

Effectively sourcing replacements and substitutes for broken orders, the full-time Loss Mitigation Agent will manage communications with marketplaces and sellers, document processes, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source replacements/substitutes to prevent order cancellations and penalties
• Document all steps of the process in Monday.com and track sales in SkyBox
• Communicate proactively with marketplaces and customers regarding order status and necessary information

Required qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct detailed investigations
• Experience with multiple systems including Google Docs, Monday.com, and Intercom
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to team needs in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player with a strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
