Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process executed documents, ensuring all signatures are completed and notarized
• Manage loan modification documents and ensure compliance with recording requirements
• Provide closing status updates and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding Liquidation workouts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• One to two years of related experience and/or training
• No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
