Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process executed documents, ensuring all signatures are completed and notarized
• Manage the submission of loan modification documents and track the status of recorded claims
• Conduct post-closing audits and provide updates on closing statuses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• One to two years of related experience and/or training
• No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
