Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Document and Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end completion process for approved loss mitigation workouts, ensuring all conditions are met
• Review, prepare, and process all necessary documentation for workout completion while ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to gather required information and expedite the completion process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education certification required
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, or a related field
• In-depth understanding of loss mitigation options and associated documentation requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex financial and legal documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage servicing software
