Loss Mitigation Coordinator

Job Summary

Leading reporting and analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Loss Mitigation Coordinator will manage operational execution within the Loss Mitigation function, focusing on performance improvement through data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Loss Mitigation reporting and analytics
• Monitor control reports to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between Loss Mitigation and other business units to ensure operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in mortgage servicing, reporting, or analytics
• Strong experience in Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data solutions
