Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Document Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the completeness of financial packages according to investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial packages for completeness and manage departmental correspondence
• Communicate with borrowers about foreclosure alternatives and ensure timely recording of loss mitigation documents
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain accuracy in loan modifications and servicing systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
• Previous experience in collections and/or default servicing desired
