Loss Mitigation Document Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spec, Loss Mit Doc III.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 2nd reviews on incomplete packages and accounts with upcoming foreclosure sale dates
• Perform quality reviews of Document Specialists I and II, and assist them as needed based on workflow
• Communicate file statuses with various teams and ensure compliance with established timelines and quality decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Loss Mitigation Document Specialist II or equivalent experience
• Some college or an Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat, with knowledge of various file formats
• Familiarity with mortgage and financial documents
• Ability to perform tasks under direct supervision following well-defined policies and procedures
