Job Summary

Loss Mitigation Document Specialist is a full-time position responsible for reviewing loss mitigation options, managing borrower documentation, and ensuring compliance with established timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process incoming documents from borrowers and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with various teams regarding file statuses and ensure timely submission to Underwriting
  • Upload and categorize documentation in the electronic document repository and manage email correspondence
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Loss Mitigation Document Specialist or related experience
  • Some college education or an Associate's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with mortgage and financial documents
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
