Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers during the loss mitigation process
• Answer borrower inquiries, document interactions, and assist in reviewing loss mitigation documents
• Communicate loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure options while adhering to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
