Job Summary

Managing a large and complex loss mitigation pipeline, the full-time salaried Loss Mitigation Manager will oversee operational performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide subject matter expertise on loss mitigation programs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned Loss Mitigation function, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Maintain advanced knowledge of loss mitigation products and provide guidance on complex eligibility and execution requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements while implementing process improvements and operational controls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 7+ years of mortgage servicing or loss mitigation experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in loss mitigation underwriting, closing, or execution functions
• Comprehensive knowledge of investor and insurer programs, including FHA, VA, USDA, and proprietary products
