Key Responsibilities

• Audit files and verify calculations for compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Perform quality control reviews of modification documents and approval/denial decisions
• Monitor call quality and provide feedback to improve business performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses or a bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of back-office mortgage servicing and loss mitigation experience
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in an emotionally demanding role with consumers under financial stress
• Advanced math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
