Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Specialist, Short Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate required documentation for incoming short sale packages
• Review borrower's financial situation and submit short sale requests to investors as per guidelines
• Correspond with agents, third parties, and homeowners to ensure compliance and facilitate the short sale process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum three years' experience in back-office mortgage servicing required
• Minimum two years' experience in loss mitigation roles
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents and related compliance regulations
• Bilingual preferred
