Loss Mitigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming tickets and assign them to the appropriate team or subprocesses
• Manage HAF functions, including interfacing with states for homeowner assistance funds and tracking files
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in default or loss mitigation
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, CFPB, FCRA, and FDCPA preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education certification required
