Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Specialist to join their Forensic Post Purchase Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Notices of Findings and requests for missing documentation from regulatory bodies
• Log documentation issues in the mortgage servicing hub and assign tasks to team members
• Coordinate the review and correction of Note and Mortgage documents for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in post-purchase review, loss mitigation, or mortgage processing
• Knowledge of HUD, VA, investor, and bond-agency documentation requirements
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
