Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers facing financial hardship, offering guidance on loss mitigation options
• Evaluate borrower financials to determine eligibility for loss mitigation based on GSE/investor type
• Address and resolve delinquent mortgage loans while negotiating payment arrangements
